in French: APPEL A OBJET SINGULIER: Quoi ? Ça passe par la poste ? On a le droit d’envoyer ça ?! Et même ça ! Les envois mailart d’objets suscitent toujours beaucoup de questions et d’exclamations. En vue d’une exposition timbrée à l’Espace des Inventions, Lausanne (en novembre 2022), je lance un appel à objet singulier. Prenez votre imagination à deux mains, faites du tri dans vos armoires et envoyez-moi un objet plus ou moins plat qui passera comme une lettre à la poste ! Votre objet singulier sera peut-être exposé !

Mailart with objects always raise a lot of questions and exclamations. In view of a mailart exhibition at the Espace des Inventions, Lausanne (in November 2022), I am calling for a singular object. Sort through your cabinets and send me a more or less flat object that might  be exposed! Do not wrap it, please!

For the year 2011/2012 Pfyn is Cultural Capital of Switzerland. In this occasion a TIME CAPSULE will be placed under ground. You are invited to participate in a Mail Art project together with the inhabitants of the city and leave a trace of your idea of Pfyn in 2011 for future finders.

The TIME CAPSULE will be open either in 2111 or in 4011.

Visiting Walenstadt in Switzerland - Exhibition H.R. Fricker.

This video gives a first impression of the exhibition in Walenstadt with an overview of H.R. Fricker's impressive work in Switzerland. Litsa Spathi and Ruud Janssen visited the exhibition on August 30th 2010.

My name is Ramon Lenherr and I am a graphicdesinger from St.Gallen Switzerland. I am studying visual communication at our school of art and I need some material for a non commercial schoolproject. It's a work over Designers around the world. Could you please send me some pictures of you, your office and several things. I‘ve got examples attached in the PDF.

Artist Trading Cards (ATC) in der Galerie Einhorn Schaffhausen

Michael Heisch und M. Vänçi Stirnemann stellen in der Galerie Einhorn eine Auswahl an Artist Trading Cards (ATC) aus. Das längst zum Label gewordene,
1996 von M. Vänçi Stirnemann ins Leben gerufene Kunstprojekt ATC basiert auf formalen Restriktionen bei gleichzeitiger völliger gestalterischer Freiheit.
Die aktuelle Ausstellung, in der frei zusammengefügte Szenen aus möglichen Comics zu sehen sind, ist eine Hommage an das Konzept des OuBaPo (Ouvroir de Bande dessinée potentielle), entstanden in Anlehnung an OuLiPo, das 1960 von Raymond Queneau und François Le Lionnais ins Leben gerufene Ouvroir de Littérature Potentielle. Eine Handvoll Unikate also, mit illustrer konzeptueller Ahnengalerie.

Seit 1995 arbeiten die beiden Multimedia-Künstler Michael Heisch und M.
Vänçi Stirnemann regelmässig in verschiedenen Projekten zusammen. Bereits
2001 wurde eine Auswahl ihrer ATCs in der open-air Galerie Einhorn ausgestellt.
