Mail Art Call
Is there a place, a memory, or an inner space where you truly feel at home?

We warmly invite you to take part in "Home is where my heart is", a Mail Art project created within the "Primavera" residential community. Our goal is to bridge distances, break down prejudices, and build a bridge made of art, care, and shared perspectives between the "inside" and the "outside."

The Theme

"Home" can be a physical place or a territory of the soul: your childhood home, a childhood bedroom, grandparents' kitchen, a special corner where you once lived, or a space where you left a piece of yourself. It can be a physical location, but also a face, a memory, a feeling, or a deep bond.

We invite you to depict whatever embodies this sentiment for you: a detail, a beloved room, a symbol, or an emotion that makes you say, "Here, I am truly home."

Techniques and Creative Freedom

Free choice of artistic languages and mediums: collage, drawing, painting, photography, visual poetry, textile art, or combinations of graphic design and writing. The only requirement is that it fits the classic postcard format.

The Dialogue

This is not a one-way journey. The artworks received will become the vital spark of our community: the residents will not simply be spectators, but active protagonists and curators of this space. Every postcard will spark a visual and human dialogue between your cherished places and the lived experiences of our community members.

The Final Exhibition

All postcards received will be displayed in an exhibition open to the public and to anyone who wishes to share this moment with us.

• Opening: During the 2026 Christmas Lunch at the Community venue.

How to Participate

• Entry: Free and open to everyone worldwide (no jury, no selection, no returns).

• Size: Postcard format 10x15 cm (~4x6 inches; choice of thickness/medium as long as it can be mailed).

• Required details: Please include your full name, postal address, and optional email/social handle on the back.

• Deadline: Postcards must be sent no later than December 10, 2026 (postmark or receipt date applies).
