This is an open call for mail art celebrating and memorializing the Four Freedoms, as articulated by United States President Franklin Delano Roosevelt in 1941 in his State of the Union address:

·         Freedom of speech

·         Freedom of worship

·         Freedom from want

·         Freedom from fear
