September, which is Library Card Sign-up Month.
Theme: Libraries, Literature, Reading, Authors, Children
and Young Adult Lit.
(must be appropriate for all ages)

Type: original art, no photocopies
No fee, no jury, no returns
Entry deadline: August 29th, 2014
